CHIBA -- Outer Tokyo +++++++++++ Chiba Prefecture is a large area east of Tokyo, encompassing some industrial and residential zones, as well as beaches with real surf and so on. I spent one year working in the prefecture and would like to get to know it better in the future, starting with this week! I want to know Chiba personally!      |
