At the moment (June 2011) there are hotels going for $27 on Agoda in Yangon (for example, the <a href="http://www.agoda.com/asia/myanmar/yangon/panda_hotel.html">Panda Hotel</a>.)<p>

For something a little cheaper, try Ocean Pearl Inn (only US$10 a night including breakfast!) <a href="http://justwandering.org/2010/post-trip-accounting/travel-expense-brunei-and-myanmar/">Just Wandering</a> has been here, and she is a budget head like me!<p>
