In the mid 2010s, I spent a lot of time driving the country roads of ~~Wyong Shire~~ northern Central Coast, trying to extend my range.

There are said to 150 cellar doors in the region, down country roads. They used to be iron bark huts, but now they are somewhat flasher.

The region sometimes attracts famous performers such as Sting and Elton John.

Semillon is considered the iconic wine of the region. I would rather go for the purple Shiraz, but that is just me. It is said to be an Iranian grape...

Aboriginal art can be seen on the Finchley Cultural Walk. Drink grappa at the Panino Caffe Restaurant.

It is like a Tuscan villa at the foothills of the Brokenback Ranges. There is a bar where guests can sample tapas as well as local wines and beers. Walk-ins are welcome. As of 2019, nibblies available included mushroom arancini with truffle oil, and quince paste.
